Professor Rune Todnem By Argues for an Inclusive and Creative Form of Leadership

Professor Rune Todnem By at The University of Stavanger argues that you can provide leadership simply by being MAD, and all that is required to get going is a purpose in life. 

In fact, the notion of purpose is at the very core of the leadership philosophy he coins EPICally MAD (MAD as in "Making a Difference").

Rune and the University of Stavanger is now collaborating with Per Koch and NIFU, applying for a UNESCO Chair in Futures Literacy. This chair is meant to combine his leadership approach with a futures literacy based type of innovation policy learning and practice.
